Flanders Pond Beach and Boat Ramp

You can swim, boat, sail and more from the Town’s small but friendly beach! Consider using the kayak/canoe rack at Flanders Pond Beach. The rack is available for those who would like to leave their small craft at the beach for the week, month, or the season. Rack space rentals are available to Sullivan residents and visitors over 18 years of age. Cost of one rental rack space is: $50 for the season (May 1 – November 1). $10 weekly. $15 monthly. Rental fee must be paid prior to the start of storage. Maximum length - width for the canoe/kayak racks is 18’0” / 2’4”. Rack rental is on a first come, first served basis, there are six spaces. The rental agreement is available at the Town Office.
